With Christmas fast approaching and wanting to take advantage of seasonal sales, I find myself eyeing the fantastic Foundry's World of the Greeks range sculpted by Saleh, Collier, and Copplestone. Ideally I would like to use them mixed with Victrix hoplites to create a more varied force but I am not sure how compatible they are with eachother. I know that the Imperial Romans sculpted by Saleh work well with the larger models of today but I haven't seen any comparisons to the greek range.

I have seen some pictures using both ranges together. The Foundry will look more heroic, but they fit well. You have to use the bigger shields of the Victrix for both ranges, the Foundry shields are much too small.
