Different states have different rules about smoky windshields and sometimes exemptions for certain vehicles. In one episode Batman did get a parking ticket and accepted it with grace as he had made an error.

I found a good print, downloaded it, added a horizontal space for the entryway, and then added the stairs. So you are right Parzival.
