The second VetCon has come and gone, and a good time was had by all. We're all hoping this keeps up – it was a good time.

VetCon is a very small convention in the Auburn, CA Holiday Inn. It started last year as a free convention for friends and fans of the host, Dave Partak. This year he did it again, and was convinced by the rest of us to charge at least a little to offset the cost, so we had a $20 USD entry fee (any number of days).

One of the Sacramento players was there all weekend and took a lot of pictures: link

FYI: Dave lives in North Carolina now. This is a DEDICATED Gamemaster!

Not only did Dave Partak drive from N. Carolina to run the Mini-Convention, but he also partook in the Veterans Day parade that Auburn hosted on Saturday. This was after he made sure everything was up and running at the con. After the parade, he returned to the convention and ran his Old West shootout game with at least 10 players. I would have been done after the parade.
