Stoke Field – the last battle of the Wars of the Roses makes for a very interesting game with an eclectic mix of figures. With Irish, continental mercenaries, guns and mounted knights alongside the usual bill & bow – what is there not to like?
Having painted up the last few figures I needed (and re-purposing some from an earlier Flodden game), battle was joined yesterday.
