D'accord mon ami. Vive L'Empereur. Having said that, I have a friend/opponent who categorically refuses to command French forces. As a result, the Peninsular British have suffered more defeats on the table than they did historically! |

Very interesting. Again, it is an entertainment film, not a documentary. If it goes down well, who knows, there may be more to come. |

I am a total Napoleonic Army collector and not 1 French figure nor in 42 years playing never commanded a French army. Having said that, I have a friend/opponent who categorically refuses to command French forces. In light of some of the more curmudgeonly comments one sees around the forum that woke mobs will be cancelling Confederate flags on figures or SS armored units, it's interesting that an inverse but undiagnosed condition might exist that some gamers already refuse to use and thus "cancel" armies they dislike. |
