Where should I start to look for unit strengths for Little Round Top? We plan on a demo game in 54mm at the Carronade show in Scotland next year – any help greatly appreciated.

There is a book listing regimental strengths at Gettysburg but I am away from my library and can't remember the names of the authors.

The book is Regimental Strength and Losses at Gettysburg by Busey and Martin.

Or you can just get my Summer Storm Gettysburg scenario book which has a full order of battle with strength, weapon types, and morale (which is of course subjective).

I'd be surprised if Scott Mingus' Gettysburg scenario books didn't have the details you are looking for. Other scenario books are available as Cleburne also states.

Endorse the various resources referenced. Here is a map showing the displosition of the various units. link Interesting to note that the 20th Maine had been reinforced by about 120 "mutineers" from the 2d Maine whose enlistments had expired but who were not released. Chamberlain was ordered to arrest them, and being neighbors of the 20th Maine, Chamberlain convinced them to fight and distributed them among his companies, bringing his regiment strength to around 380.
