I just got a used copy of Battlefront, which means I'm finally giving it a look twenty years after I said I would, and I realized my copy no longer has the artillery templates. Does anyone know if the extra set of basic game components they sell on their website includes them?

I would have asked them, but when I emailed them using the address on their site, it got kicked back to me, which brings me to my second question: are they still active, or did the pandemic or mere entropy claim them?

I have no idea about the present state of the company or the contents of the extra components they might sell.

However, the basic artillery templates are IIRC simple rectangles, so it should be pretty straightforward to just cut your own out of cardboard if you know the dimensions. Unfortunately, I do not have mine at hand so cannot measure them.

Pretty sure the templates are on the website.
Still a very good set of rules; the artillery rules, and the integration of infantry and armour are excellent

Obliged, Ironsides, don't know how I missed that the first three times!

In case you have trouble obtaining the original templates from Battlefront (which are actually quite nice looking), I measured the dimensions from my set:

A: 96 mm x 144 mm
B: 64 mm x 96 mm
C: 42 mm x 64 mm
D: 25 mm x 38 mm
E: 17 mm x 25 mm

The company is active. I ordered desert cards about 6 months ago the forum is pretty dead. The designer checks it once a week or so.
Second it is a great game system . I didn't like the old school Igougo so changed that but otherwise it is my go to rule set for Ww II, Vietnam and modern.

Joe, how did you change the igoyougo?

I have tried a couple of things to include O groups command dice which worked okay. But the thing that has worked the best for me is skinnying down the Piquet deck to about a dozen cards and allowing initiative to only draw 3 cards max before the other side gets a chance. Here is a post that helps illustrate it:
