Recommendations?

For a town in the Southwest of about 15 buildings in 28mm.

I admit, I haven't built any so I have no idea.

Must have an opium den.

Not sure what you mean by Price Point other than "Cost"?

If you can get a copy of it, for cost I would say "Whitewash City"…

Everything else is a "depends on how much you want to spend".

Make your own

I made all the buildings in this town using a program called "Evans Model Builder".

Create, print, adhere on foam core. cut out, glue together and they are done. Less time to assemble then painting a MDF model.

You can make any scale building you want. This program was designed to make model rail road scenery, but also for wargames as well.

Cost per each building including the printing and foam core is less then $3.00 USD each. The entire town I made cost less then $40.00 USD for the buildings.

Can't go wrong with Whitewash City, either with reinforced card stock or adhered to foam core. My opium den, the House of Blue Lanterns, was converted from one of the residential building models and now occupies a place of honor in Chinatown. Wild Bill Hickok spends a lot of time there.

I love the China town.
