Not sure if it's a movie or documentary. |

Good point, or Aliens hiring a Propaganda Ministry |

It's on the directors cut version of the movie. Pretty sure. It's a movie about a documentary about a movie. It's CNN. Cosmos News Network. Thanks for reading. Bunkermeister |

I believe that the aliens have hired the movie crew to make a picture showing them as helpful, kind, harmless, maybe slightly befuddled types. |

It's the saliva dripping from the sides of their oral cavities that give them away… Sorry for the late comment; I'm realizing I don't get 'around' enough. Really fun, Bunkermeister. Doug |

Around 20-25 years ago, I saw a 54mm Aliens vs. Space Marines miniatures game, at a convention, with maze-like terrain. Never got to play in it, but it sure got my juices flowing -- wanted to run games like that, back home! Never found an affordable (for me!) source for the Aliens figures. I was planning to use standard Army Men figures for the Space Marines. I was sooo looking forward to playing it, "Game Over, Man! Game Over!!!" "You want some of This?!?!?!" Brrrrrrr-ttt!!!… It would have been limited, but epic fun, no matter who won, or who died! About that time, a friend of mine joined an RPG convention game, Aliens/Space Marines. He played the hapless platoon Lieutenant. He played him straight out of the movie: uncertain what to do, couldn't make a decision, second-guessing himself, losing his men, and his mind… At the end, the players unanimously voted him the best role player in the game. He had a blast with it, and so did all of the other players, and the GM. LOL! Cheers! |

Now you've done it. I won't go into the many times I ran a 3D version of Leading Edges Aliens board game with 25mm figs in a reactor room built in a drawer-like box. No, I'll remember the Gen Con that had similar with 12" marines and bugs, and Barbies and Kens glued to the walls… Damn. Sorry, BM, for the thread derailing. Doug |

TheBeast, don't be sorry, it was interesting Doug. Use plastic army men out of the bag and bugs or dinosaurs from the dollar store. Close enough, and it works for me. Nothing wrong with cheap. Thanks for reading and commenting. Bunkermeister |
