I am perishing for a 25mm mini to represent "Shirley Partridge" (Shirley Jones in TV costume) for a fun Pulp scenario. Anyone with a clue where I could find a suitable figure that could be converted/painted to fill in for this? I 'm pretty sure there are no packs of Partridge Family minis out there!

I'm more of a Hope Lange, "Ghost and Mrs. Muir" guy myself…

I am a Susan Day fan myself.

Set the Tardis for Earth, 1970. It will land somewhere near then…

Take a look at a couple of figures from Black Tree Designs' 4th Doctor Range. With the right painting, Sarah Jane Smith or Tegan could work.

Keep 'em coming! Those Dr. Who nominees don't have the right shag haircut or outfit, but are close!! Getting there!

Well, I don't think this is what you're looking for (though a different paint job may do wonders… ;-)

I'd go with Hope, but I'd be thinking about Shirley.

Piper, I've sent plenty of figures to the green putty hair salon for trims and extensions to make specific characters. Ditto for the wardrobe.

Mid-century and modern civilians, especially females, are in dreadfully short supply.

The Dr. Who range is the biggest gold mine of conversion fodder, I've gotten a lot of mileage out of those. Killer B's Geezers range has also been helpful, but late 70s fashion and not as wealthy in female figures. Shadowrun figures have also been good fodder, but you definitely won't find any Shirley Jones types there.

It took a fair amount of modelling work, but I was able to put together the entire Lizzies gang from the Warriors in the image of the full cast:

Yes, I would attempt a simple conversion -- I can do hair -- with green stuff if I can find a figure suitably clothed. Clothing would be beyond my skills.

It's funny that you can find modern civilians more as ZOMBIES than anything else!

I DO already have a Zombie Partridge Family, by the way! A few simple hair additions were all required, besides paint. Even Zombie Reuben Kincaid!

Perhaps Hasselfree Miniatures?

Something from Crooked Dice. They have retro-figures.
