Hello
I find that the invention of the "gaming store with plenty of tabes" is the best thing that has happened to the hobby for the last 50 years.

I have played at

Entoyment POOLE
Element games STOCKPORT
Battlefield hobbies DAVENTRY
Musket balls SOUTHAMPTON (I have not been there yet)

Brookhurst Hobbies CALIFORNIA

These personally suit me when touring the country.
Are there any others?

I see no reason why folk cannot mention any US or other country's game shops.

I am mainly interested in those that have 10 or more gaming tables along with a shop. These are the new energy in the miniatures hobby.

Did not know about Musket Balls in Southampton and I live there! So, thanks for that.

I would add The Gamers Emporium in Swansea to the list.

Independent games in Bristol, the Games Bunker in Western super mare, Atomoic comics in Yeovil and I think it is The Games Table in Norfolk somewhere. All have facebook pages.

Both Warbases and Pendraken have gaming tables although not the ten you are mainly interested in as well as a shop.

I'm on the other side of the Atlantic so I can't really help with your search, but the statement about "new energy" I found intriguing. I ran a store 1983-2001 that had free to use game tables although not the 10 you mentioned. It was just a given that we had them and part of our marketing. They generated activity and hence sales but, there is nothing new or new energy about game tables in a game store.

I thought tables and store were a good match all along but hadn't thought about "new energy." I saw one store that suggested it was an alternative to kids being our running around and getting into who knows what.

If you don't want to drive all the way to Brookhurst, Gamers' Haven in Colorado Springs is much closer to Poole and Southampton.

Once a game store has lots of tables (ie 10 plus) players find it more welcoming to play at the tables. No pressure from any other gamers wanting the space. A lot of other gamers/inspiration about. A big variety of games played. A large amount of tables generates a whole different ambience.

This is my experience having gamed all over the place and in various countries. I play about 200 full games per year and attend 5 clubs on a regular basis. A lot of experience. So can attest to this new energy.

Other's experience might be different/wider.
Good luck to them.

I think that the Dark Sphere store in Shepherd's Bush, London has plenty of tables: darksphere.co.uk/index.php

There is also Troll Trader in Bromley, South East London that has a number of tables available for free hire, along with four 6 ft by 4 ft wargaming boards and terrain: link
