When I came into the office this morning, it seemed that I had a lot fewer new emails than was typical for a Monday morning! Well, turned out that there was a glitch involving some new software at our service provider. The good news is that the problem is now fixed. The bad news is that email sent to TMP between late Friday afternoon and late Monday afternoon has vanished, and I'm not sure they can recover any of it. If it was important, please send us a follow-up. |

I'm informed that none of the missing email is recoverable. However, if you sent us an email during the trouble period, you should have received a bounce message from us. In which case, you can re-send the email now. |
