Walt. Looks like Sundays games are missing. Could you add an overview of the hotel layout?

Their appear to be 13 Sunday games in the schedule, which sounds about right for a Fall IN. Here is a snapshot of the Master Schedule, filtered to show only things happening on Sunday Nov 5 2023.

Crosschecking against the registration data I received, it does show only 13 "Z" or Sunday games. Can you tell me what you are looking at?

Hotel Overview map: In the past, I lifted this off of their website. They do not appear to be publishing one right now as I can't find it. I can try asking the hotel.

Many of the war college and hobby U entries are showing an 11pm finish time, despite starting much earlier in the day. This means that they clash with other events in my schedule.
It is not a big deal as I have managed a work around, but I thought I would let you know in case it can be easily corrected.

Martyn. I'm not seeing what you are seeing. I just went to speakers, then scrolled down to where their events were linked, and I only saw one ending in 11, the one that started at 10. All seminars are a default one hour long.

I'll check hobby u as time allows (I'm at work) but pls contact me with the known offenders. I pulled this from a word document for the speakers and a pdf for the Hobby u.

The short answer is I can fix anything as soon as I get verification the original data was wrong

SEM 01 is one of the war college ones with a problem

It might only be the one, I added SEM 01 to my scheduled, because it then filled the entire day, it lead everything else from Hobby U and War College that I tried to enter to be conflicted as well

FYI, War College lectures are all 1 hour (max).

You were right. SEM1 was listed as ending 11 PM not AM as it should have been. I fixed this.

Questions, why are the rules never listed?
Hobby University you can't search for. Can only search for HU which brings up extra results. Can this change?

aye, it can. I'll make a note for next show. Basically we're extracting the fields captured by the registration process and combining them into a data loading script. Rules is one I've done before but I got lazy this time, I think.

P.S. re the War College: you don't have to pre-register; just show up at the Hopewell Room. Plenty of seats for all.

Plus, that way signing up for a lecture won't block you out of other events.

47Ronin.. I think Martyn meant to add a SEM event to his "my schedule" for that day. Nothing in Guidebook is hooked to pre-registration, to avoid any confusion.
