Cheers guys. Each stand is a company and operates independantly but needs to stay within command range of the leader. The flag is a bought one from a sheet I bought from ebay, its the O'More standard. Their clothing and many of the weapons had changed very little from the dark age it was during this period that some changes to weapons and tactics began to appear with the adoption of the caliver and later the pike by O'Neils troops, clothing was changing a bit later with the introduction of settlers into the region from England and lowland Scotland under James first.
