I've gotten energized and brought out of my 8-month painting slump to reenvigor my interest in the campaigns in the North African desert, 1941-1942. I'll be using the Memoir 44 rules with the North African supplement. But instead of using the map board and playing pieces that came with Memoir 44, I'll be using a 4" hex gridded mat and GHQ microarmor.

Jim, sounds like a win-win with mojo reinvigorated using Memoir '44 with Micro!

Keep us posted, as you move forward.

I too am interested in seeing your progress, ColCampbell. I do enjoy doing the desert war in micro armor. I have a solo game going right now as a matter of fact.

Looking forward to seeing more of yours here.

ColCampbell ran a Memoir 44 North African game in my gameroom a couple of weeks ago. I posted some pictures on my Instagram.
