This is daft. The male member is a purely soft tissue organ and any impressive change in its dimensions and flaccidity relate solely to circulatory input (and closure of output) when appropriate. Any males among us who have experienced serious hypothermia know that any external genitalia demonstrate the reverse effect (and quite disconcertingly I can tell you). Death, dehydration and probably a very dodgy provenance for this weird thing, whatever it is, make it total nonsense to belittle the chap when alive, like him or not. How he was hung is irrelevant, when you consider his success with the ladies and the children he sired. Never mind becoming "The Great Thief of Europe" as well of course.
