Hey man, that was a fun read, despite the lack of pictures. Yeah, call me an ingrate if you want, but I'm all about the eye candy.

In my personal experience obscure and esoteric can draw in crowds, but only if you have the modelling skills to match. Our hobby to me is as much about the painting and ass-thetics as it is about the dice rolling. I don't think I've ever had my interest piqued by any 6mm game at shows for that reason.
