I was wondering if there is a game where 1 stand equals 1 regiment?

Brigade Fire and Fury should work.

Volley and Bayonet, in my opinion.

F&F is 1 stand equals 150-200 men.

On to Richmond is one stand equals 300 men.

DBACW would work. I think it is 1 stand equals a brigade, but you could call it a regiment and it should still play okay.

Remember regiments in the ACW vary hugely in size--worse even than brigades. You can SAY "stand=regiment" but at some point you're going to have to decide "stand=X many men" consolidate small regiments and divide large ones, or you're going to have some very peculiar-looking stands--as witness John Hill's Across a Deadly Space which is "stand=regiment" but varies the stand size with the strength of the unit.

Not familiar with Union So Tested or Zouave II. I'd say V&B and OTR are the constant-frontage rules with the stands closest to regimental strengths.

Volley and Bayonet for sure

As to Robert's point, very germane – an regiment could be between 1,000 and 100 men depending on how long it had served

Volley and Bayonet is the only major rules set I know of that's one stand = one regiment, or you can play it at one brigade = 1 stand.
