WOW Jim, Really really looks great! I am building a 54mm War of 1812 collection and they are a joy to paint! I also have a 54mm Roman & Barbarians collection which came out beautiful, however I have put this one up for sale. The 54mm figures are a joy to paint and game with.

Really nice

Very nice. You didn't mention the brand(s) of figures with the exception of the Britain's Artillery crews.

I wish "All the King's Men" were still selling their 54mm ACW figures.

The Union plastic figures are largely the Americana range that are sold in national parks at ACW sites. A number of stores in Gettysburg carry this brand. There are also some CTS, BMC and a few Replicant (which are very expensive for plastic figures). I don't use Armies In Plastic Union figures because they all wear long frock coats and Hardee hats.

The Confederates use all of the figures that the Union offers plus I can use Armies In Plastic figures for them.

I have really been enjoying painting the large 54mm figures for The Sudan, Punic Wars and ACW eras. The figures are easy to paint and they look great on the table top. I don't really think of them as toy soldiers, but rather they are simply wargaming figures that happen to be big

Jeez those look great! Are the artillery pieces and limbers from Americana?

The artillery pieces and crew are from the Britain's Deetail range. The limbers are from the ACW pack of plastic figures sold in Hobby Lobby stores. They look like knock offs of the Americana figures, with some slight changes. At $7 USD per pack you get two cannon and two limbers in addition to some foot figures. A real bargain!
