I thought this would be a simple Internet search; but so far, no success. I am looking for a comprehensive list of British enlisted/NCO ranks during the time of the Zulu wars. Can someone provide a link? Thank you.

No, but the basic list for the infantry and cavalry is:
Private
Lance Corporal*
Corporal
Lance Sergeant*
Sergeant
Colour Sergeant (infantry)/Troop Sergeant Major (cavalry)
Quartermaster Sergeant
Sergeant Major (infantry)/Regimental Sergeant Major (cavalry)

* these are, strictly, appointments, not ranks.

You can get a few extra in the Guards regiments I think.

Thanks. I kept coming across names with the rank of lance sergeant, and that was throwing me for a loop.

Sergeants in the Household Cavalry are Corporals of Horse

A Sergeant Major is a Warrant Officer, not an NCO.

Sergeant Majors became warrant officers in 1881, prior to that they were NCOs.

I just had to look up lance-sergeant. Apparently it's a corporal who wears a sergeant's three stripes and is allowed to use the sergeant's mess, while only being paid as a corporal. Similar to a Brevet officer ?

Royal Artillery was slightly different:

Gunner

Bombardier

Corporal

Lance-Sergeant

Sergeant

Battery Sergeant-Major

Brigade Sergeant- Major

Within this structure there were also Master Gunners Classes I, II, and III. Per John's comment about WOs vs. NCOs, the RA had a slightly different development of the rank. The following page has a pretty good breakdown:
