In the box you get 12 Giant Spiders and 12 small spiders for a total of 24 models. There are no bases in the box, but the value you get here is quite good for all plastic miniatures. (which you are familiar with if you have any Wargames Atlantic boxsets…"

A nice set. Giant arachnids (or many other arthropods for that matter) can be slotted in to fantasy or science fiction settings. |

Let that sink in for a minute. These types of posts really remind you of the grotesque markups companies like GW perpetrate. GW's "Mirkwood Spiders" box, you get FOUR spiders for $60.00 USD. Think about that. And here with Wargames Atlantic you get sculpts from what I can see are every bit as detailed GW's. $60.00 USD for four models vs. $34.95 USD for twenty four models? SIX times the number of models for darn near half the price? UH WUT? Just doesn't add up GW!!! |
