I'd have said being 67, having lived a rough life and living in the 18th Century would about do it. His half-brother Lawrence died at 34. His cousin William just made 68. Daniel Morgan died at 67. Steuben was 64. Nathaniel Greene was still in his 40's. We can't all be Benjamin Franklin. |
