Hello all,

I am looking to build a 15mm army of Sardinia-Piedmont to use with my early French and Austrians. From the sites that I've found online, they appear to be very much in the style of the SYW. Would SYW Prussians or Austrians fit the bill? Would the Old Glory 15mm 1806 Prussians be suitable? Any ideas?

I believe Blue Moon 1806 Saxons are the closest.

Piedmont-Sardinian Dragoons and Artillery are also commissioned now, so after French Revolutionary Generals this lineage will grow.

If paint as fast as me (just working on the Torwarczys now), Sho will have the cavalry and artillery in the shop before you finish the infantry. :)

Maybe it deserves its own thread but while we are here talking about the earlier Italian kingdoms, does anyone know of a source for the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies uniforms? That's for the period pre-Bonaparte administration.

For the Two Sicilies see "L'Esercito Borbonico dal 1789 Al 1815" which you can at issuu.com/revista.militare

@Prince of Essling

Thank you. It looks good. Suppose it's going to have to get put into the translation vortex.

Many apologies as I couldn't post the link to the book because I was on an overseas trip with very limited IT tools at hand!

For the record the book: "L'ESERCITO BORBONICO DAL 1789 AL 1815"
