Maps for Hull & East Riding Wargames Clubs "Operation Market Garden".
These 3 maps show the plan for the 3 tables we will be fighting over on the 16th.
First one is XXX Corps breakout:
The second is Hells Highway with the U.S. Airborne divisions:
The last is the Arnhem area with the drop zone, Oosterbeek and Arnhem iteself with the road bridge:
Over 50 feet of table, hundreds of figures and vehicles and 20+ players. Should be a great day if a tiring one.
We are opening the centre up to the public so anyone can come and see grown ups (I use the term loosely!!) playing toy soldiers.
