I'm looking for 15mm bald-headed warrior types. Viking, Anglo-Saxon, generic Dark Ages. Beards and mustaches ok, but no hair on top.

Anything out there? I really don't want to do head swaps.

Some of the Two Dragons link range of Rus and Vikings are bare-headed and tend to have shaven head with side locks e.g.

The Svyatoslav figure also has this hairstyle and is mounted.

The Rurik figure in Forged in BAttle's Dark Age personality pack is probably just right for you, link except that you will end up with a bunch of others you probably don't want. I can't remember how much hair the Hardraada figure has on top – perhaps he will also work for you.

Have you considered using a file? or dremmel?
