Hi TMPers

I have started getting sales notifications from PayPal that only have a list of item codes the customer has ordered rather than a list with description, price etc as well.

This makes it a real pain to process an order so I am trying to find out if i can get back to the previous way of doing things. I have looked through the Help stuff on payments and variables in the HTML code but can find nothing that seems to apply. I'm using ‘Add to Cart' buttons rather than an integrated cart.

Any advice on how to do this – even where I might find the appropriate info. – will help a lot.

Thanks

The best source for information would be PayPal's Technical Support staff. Have you tried contacting them?

I sold mail order rule booklets through PayPal, in the early 2000's, ending my business in 2007. It took some digging, but I found a phone number for them, back then.

Best of luck. Cheers!
