I have been tweaking my 54mm ACW terrain these past few days and I created a "sort of Devil's Den" on my game table. I used a lot of large rocks that I have found over the course of hundreds of walks with my dogs. You never know what you will find when you go on a walk.

Great mix of figures! Are the rock and wood fences BMC?

The painted rock &wood fences were made by Herb Gundt. I think he used a resin stone wall and then tricked it out with the wood cross pieces, etc. there are some unpainted fences of the same style that are BMC. I wish BMC would sell a bag of just the fences.

There is definitely something very special about playing with 54mm figures!

Who should have picked up those flat bits of rock he saw while out walking.

Not my scale but this is a very effective and practical piece of terrain.

Most pleasing to the eye.

Best wishes,

Chris

I bought a devils den piece few years ago on eBay. There is a second piece to the set. Unfortunately the guy went out of business. Anyone know who the mfger was?
