They are having issues with their hosting company. Was supposed to be back online a month ago. They are taking phone and email orders

You could try using the wayback machine to see an archived version of the relevant page – to obtain pack codes. I'd be more useful if I could remember exactly how to get an archived page to appear . . . Cheers, John

If you just want to browse the pictures and listings, try this version from April on archive.org. Probably not a lot changed between that snapshot and the ISP failure. - Ix

I called in an order Monday. They have really been hit by this. It was supposed to be back in early July. Now almost 2 months and they keep getting strung along. If you email them they will email you a pdf catalog. I got mine in 15 minutes You can also see pictures on the Timecast Models site in the UK – they carry the line

Man, their new website is awful. Tried three separate times to order and couldn't place it successfully. It's unfortunate- just about impossible to access from my phone. What's the point in having a sale if your website won't let customers buy anything?!

I finally got my order through, but man, it is hard to use, and the numbers that appear next to the cart icon as you move through the site are often wrong. I feel for them, everyone at some point has gone through some kind of I5 upgrade that delivered less functionality than previously, but this one is off the charts. It's a shame, I really like their stuff and it makes up probably 75+% of my Napoleonics collection.
