How would a Marshal of France top and tail a dispatch to the Emperor or say King of Saxony and vice-versa. How would a Marshal address a subordinate and vice-versa. Presume the way Austrian and Russians would address other up and down the chain of command would be the same?
Thanks

There is no Marshal of France under Napoléon but Marshal of the Empire
Emperor to his Marshals Mon Cousin
Marshals to Emperor Sire
Marshal to others Marshals Monseigneur
Marshals to others subordinates, direct writing with no specific salutation

That is interesting. As they started getting titles the correspondence to third parties starts referring to them by title. I would have expected in direct communications there would be reference to their dignity as well.
