One of the games played this month at the Devon Wargames Group took the players off to north Russia in 1919 as the NREF fought to fend off advancing Bolshevik forces as they prepared to evacuate from Arkangel.
This little action, using Fistful of Lead, Bigger Battles, recreates one these small battles that was fought in the closing months of the campaign.

Thanks for your comments, much appreciated and I'll pass them on to Stephen our gamemeister. The rules are quite popular in the club, providing a simple but by no means simplistic framework to games, particularly useful in multi-player affairs and we have played them a few times now, with a link on the club page under 'Labels' linking to posts covering games with them.
