As I only have a few figures over 15mm (vast majority of mine are 2-10mm) most are for skirmish games and so individually based but I do have some 20mm on multiple bases for VBCW.

Depends on what "normally" means here.

15mm is the largest scale where the majority of my figures are multi-based.

28mm is the largest scale were I've multi-based for "normal" figures rather than exceptions like heavy-weapon teams, but the majority of my 28s are single-based.
