After months of painting I finally got to use my new Napoleonic miniatures in a small game. I have three blog posts to share (because they are all linked to to the game).

First is Assessing and Updating the Project Plan for 2023 (Part 2) where I have a bit of a ramble about rules and planning a to play a game

second up a blog post on making a random events deck for use in the game

and third First Battle of Zwiesel 1809 AAR is the actual game

Well done for getting a game in. Those good-looking armies deserve more action!

Nice figures, and a great job painting black uniforms.

I have played the one hour rules solo multiple times, and I rarely get a game that lasts more than half an hour. Some are over in 20 minutes.
