After I completed Arnhem Bridge for the club refight in September I turned my attention to the refurbishment and expansion of my 82nd Airborne. Originally painted about 30 years ago they needed a major overhaul and new figures adding. its taken about a month to do just over 300 figures, plus jeeps, guns and boats but its finally finished!!
Figures were originally (If I remember rightly) FAA, Drews Militia and Britannia. The new additions are Kellys Heroes, Adler and Simons Soldiers.

The whole lot in one shot:

A standard rifle unit (Mixed figures)

81mm Mortar battery (Kellys Heroes & Britannia):

Engineer unit (Mixed figures)

Recon unit (Mixed figures)

Pathfinder / command unit (Simons Soldiers)

Command unit (Simons Soldiers)

Supply Drop unit (Simons Soldiers)

Next on the painting table is a refit of my British Airbourne Division. About 150 figures as my contribution to the game.
