I wrote a battle report for my first game at the first Glory is Fleeting tournament.

1815 British Infantry Corps vs 1809-11 Anglo-Portuguese.

I discuss how the game goes and have a lot of pictures. I very much like the rules changes from the previous Field of Glory Napoleonic 2nd edition rules. The army plates and sizes have no changed, but the rules are much clearer and make more sense.

here.

Looks nice for a small game, how would the rules handle a large multi corps affair, Borodino/ Waterloo etc?

Very well I think – it's designed for that sort of thing, though I've yet to play a multi-corp game in the new rules. Each player takes control of several divisions/corps and you add a CinC.

The game works really well for multi-player games. In recent years we have refought Hohenlinden, Eckmuhl, Austerlitz, and Waterloo. We had three or four players on each side and all the games were played to a decisive conclusion within a normal day's play at the club.
