Rutiodon was a 3m-8m "crocodile" that lived in what would become eastern North America during the late Triassic. Two plastic models/toys used to be available of these "proto-crocodilian" Phytosaurs. These were made by Safari for their toob series and Kaiyodo as a snap-together vending machine kit. Now one can still find them on eBay. Both of these toys were designed to it inside their packaging and by some cosmic accident these happen to work as large specimens of this strange predator. My examples measure to around 9cm which at 1cm=1m (1:100th scale) fits nicely with 15mm figures. QRF also have a metal Phyytosaur model that works well along side the Safari and Kaiyodo plastics.
