Walls with almost any height are a bit tricky for RPG, in my experience.
If you're playing on a table and the players sit down then they can't see where the miniatures are. The ref and players have to reach past the walls to move miniatures.

Some groups like projecters. From above the table down or below onto a glass playing surface.
