The Housemartin and I have been playing WRG 6th Ed on Thursday mornings. Old School fun and sometimes just silly (Ancient Egypt vs Swiss anyone?). He posted a write up on my blog. You can find it here if such silliness amuses you link

A good write up of a set of rules I used to really enjoy. They were not perfect but I used to like the fact that unit size did have some impact. The old 'D' class in numbers is pretty stoic as your peasants showed, and impetuosity is not always a good thing. Might get them out again…

Great rules to play. Feels like real battles. Difficult to master still
