The lace work is terrific. Well done indeed. How I do miss 28mm and especially the plastics self-assembly figures that allow for conversion and great animation, as seen here.

A suggestion. You have some officers with white fur on the pelisse. These folk were far too posh for aurore lace or braid, gold throughout instead. What no-one ever does is the NCOs. Brown fur on the pelisse (looks rather dull frankly) and mixed green/red lace, not aurore.

Great attention to detail here. Black harness for the French, brown for the British for example. Love them!

The Victrix horses are very exciting!
I have the Polish lancers and was intimidated by the detail and animation! And the ancient's cavalry! Just wow.
