Its rare but my 3D simple prone flats at 1/144 scale have not been right since the Makerbot died. The Pruza slicer never got such small items correct. The legs were either 2 strands wide with a gap or missing altogether. Problem is they are a very close to the limit of what can be done on a 0.3mm nozzle. I was desperate so tried Fuzzy logic. It worked, it blurs the out line enough to fill in the gaps to an acceptable level. So if you have a Pruza and two perimeters too close that there is a gap but not for a single strand infill, this may be a solution. Happy printing (FDM of course) |

That is interesting, I'll give that a try if I end up with that issue. It's always a puzzle when you look on the preview screen (in Cura) and see some small but important details is entirely omitted. |
