More pics at the link 28mm kitbash craziness. The main body is a windshield wiper adapter and the body is a Kroot plastic. Below is the UV resin water effect with neon paint hit with a blacklight flashlight. Size comparison with Victoria Miniatures, Primaris Marine, and Toughest Girls in the Galaxy Jailbird.
