I only have a 6' by 4' table. Is Maneouvre of any use to me either as a Corps or ME order? Never been able to get my head around Support/Intercept order. Why can't the cavalry in question just be given a straight Attack or Defend order to protect the infantry? |

Maybe only if you have off board units and orders. It still would limit any on board unit from diving into a fight they might not want to get into. My bigger board manuver/intercept comes into play fairly often. |

If you activate the "intercept" portion of the order it means you convert to attack which will give you pluses when you roll for tactical activity. Since it is a choice to activate, if you have decent commanders it gives you more flexibility than a straight Attack or Defend order. |
