I came across a reference to this film which was supposed to be released in 2017? Does anyone know what happened to it? |

IMDB says "in development." That is seldom a good sign. There are movies in development old enough to vote. Evidently filming had begun in August 2016 and then it lost funding in 2017 "due to Brexit," but "alternative funding is currently being sought." Appears to be an "indie" with no studio involvement. A guess? Hard to believe they didn't complete primary photography, so that leaves editing, score, sound track, publicity…The rights are probably mildly tied up. It comes out two years after some billionaire takes an interest. |
