I experimented how I could make practical use of this new chatbot tool for my wargame hobby. Results: promising, in aspects of research, expert advice about wargame tactics and scenario's. But you've got to know how to use it. General queries don't work.

Don't ask it for historical information. It works by building a Large Language Model (LLM) from data trawled from the Internet. "I read it on the Internet so it must be true!". There's an awful lot of inaccurate historical information on the Internet …

Unless you first seed the internet with accurate information in relation to your chosen topic.

Simply go to physical libraries, museums and the like. Speak to experts in their fields, so on.

Then post all that tripple checked, cross-referenced info onto various sites.

And…it will still get it wrong.
