I'm looking for a good set of WW2 rules where one base/stand equals one company, using 15mm minis. Does anyone make such a thing? Thank you.

The only candidates which spring to mind are Great Battles of WW2, Panzer Korps, the regimental level game of NQM and one of the Piquet variants. Field of Battle? There are probably others.

They all have their plusses and minuses, but we use a homegrown set at that level, and have done for years.

I did a WW version of AK47 with company elements which worked OK, and I've also done a version of Neil Thomas's WW2 rules where the units are anything from companies to regiments, so at some levels each stand is a company.

Rommel, by Sam Mustafa. Grid based game.

Great War Spearhead is one base = one company, but it's WW1!

Panzer Corps is a great game once you understand the intent. IMO, bestt set on this scale. Has books covering all the major and most minor countries and a ton of Scenario books as well as a Campaign Guide.

Kiss Rommel always works but the rules are written one base = one Bn . Have used them one base = platoon or company etc.

Five Core Brigade Commander works as well.

Oops, yes. I forgot 5Core Brigade Commander and Rommel!

Hilarious as they are on the shelf in front of me…

As to whether any of these rules are any good, I guess it depends what you are looking for in a game. All the rules mentioned so far have various reviews.

Another vote for Rommel. Great game. Can running a couple of divisions aside and been done in 3 hours.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I'm off now to do some rules reading!😁👍

Rommel is actually a reinforced company or very weak battalion per base so would fit.
