Hi guys

Have you guys been watching time ghosts (world war 2 youtube channel) D-Day hour by hour coverage? Which is on their D-Day 24hrs YouTube channel, a 1 hour episode for each hour of that day, it's pretty good, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be many views on the videos, go and give it a watch, these guys do great work, and need support through watcher/subscribers, on their WWI and WWII projects they do a 15min video covering the events of each week of the wars plus a lot of special videos covering battles, equipment, units, personalities and events

I really like the way they cover things.

Yes, well worth a watch, I want them to get support so they do similar events, like Arnhem.

I am sure it would be good!

But I have the 'Pen & Sword' DVDs… several for each battle. They cover all of Normandy, Arnhem, The Ardennes… plus several other actions. I Really like them as they show the field so that you can get a better impression than old newsreel which is usually close in… or very grainy.

They also cover WW1, Napoleonics and some older battles.

A truly outstanding series. I like to think I know a lot, but each program has something new. The 24 hours of D-Day had more information as a holistic appraisal than anything produced for viewing before.

I cannot recommend these weekly programs more enthusiastically!

Their first effort, covering WWI, is amateurish by the standards of their later work, but still a good watch – especially the eastern / Baltic fronts that English language sources gloss over.

Their multi-part Pearl Harbour is recommended too.

The 24-hour D-day is captivating, I watched about half of it in real time and the rest in two blocks.

Enjoy.

I've been watching their WW2 in real time show for a long time now. This D-Day in 24 hours is excellent. Up to hour 4 now. Will take it slowly so as not to miss things.

Big shout out to Indy, Sparticus and the Time Ghost team.
