I have come by a small quantity of unidentified unpainted 25mm figures. The uniforms look like Prussian 1813-15 Foot Guards. They have a greatcoat rolled over the left shoulder, and bush plumes. There are ten. In addition there are two drummers, similarly uniformed. Height to the eyes is 23mm. The figures are coded P12 (the ten guys advancing) and P14 (the two drummers). The build is old-school spindly like early Hinchliffe – but they aren't Hinchliffe as the code P12 doesn't fit any Hinchliffe 25mm figure. I get the impression they are old – could be 50 years old. The metal has that greyish patina. Anyone know who made these? |

Agree. I have an old list of theirs and the two numbers correspond to Prussian Guard advancing and Prussian Guard drummer. Jim |

Thanks all. Those Warrior figures are amazingly cheap for white metal. 50p each versus £1.15 GBP for Hinchliffe?! |

Seems to be. Would anyone like these figures free in return for the postage? There are actually 13 I think – ten advancing, two drummers, one officer with his sword broken. I can't use them because any Prussians I'd acquire would be 1806 or 1815 and in neither case would these fit. |
