Well worth following that link to see the whole set. I agree that a particularly good feature is the universally faded look to the colouring. We all tend to paint uniformed figures as fresh from the stores (often needed in smaller scales of course).

Well done.

Thanks guys,
Lascaris they are such lovely little figures, I sometimes think my painting doesn't do them justice.

Micheal May I do love painting these little guys, I'm not quite sure where my collection will end.

Deadhead, thank you its much appreciated. I remember reading years ago about how different uniforms and equipment could look from one individual to another. How not all equipment would be the same due to various reasons IE who made it and could they get enough to cater for all the troops to be equipped the same. Then wear and tear and the effect that the elements could take on uniforms. Fair enough modern armies probably don't suffer to the same degree but it still names painting figures much more interesting.

79thPA thank you also
I've stillgot more to paint so I'm pretty sure I will be adding more new recruits in the near future.

Thanks again all the comments are very much appreciated and warmly recieved
Cheers Russ

Thanks Oberlindes I've got to admit I love painting different uniforms and equipment so these are almost perfect for that.
