I remember that in the past there were some folks who were dissatisfied with this manufacturer, but I don't remember the reasons. Has anyone dealt with them recently, and if so, how was the experience? They have some nice looking mats, but I'd like to know if the previous difficulties have been resolved. Thanks, Tom |

I paid for a mat around mid-December, they took my money but no mat, it took me 4-5 emails and I eventually started a PayPal dispute, after 2-3 notes from PayPal and their threats they finally sent it to me. Avoid them like the plague – horrible company and horrible service. If you do purchase use PayPal where y ou can recover your stolen money. I have had great success with Cigar Box Battle Mats – stick with them – great company and excellent service. Just my two cents (and almost $100 USD lost dollars) worth – Charlie from Texas |

Are we talking about tinywargames.co.uk ? If so, I've never had a problem with them. I've ordered online and had mats delivered. Their trade stand is always worth a look for bargains. I know they suffered from the whole Royal Mail fiasco regarding overseas shipping earlier this year. |
