A "lost" battle report from Historicon, 2022.
What happened, things piled up last year, and I wrote up only a couple of the nine games I played, and I never finished the set. And I didn't want to publish a partial.
Well, we are going on a year now. So here it is.

It was the Dark Ages, where in American History will say, "Nothing much happened". So nothing on the Byzantine empire, the rise of Islam and other world forming events. Just straight from the fall of the Roman empire, because "They killed Jesus", to Columbus discovers America. History starts here. It may have to do to with presenting an Anglo-centric only view of history. But more likely keeping the history books down to a certain size.

But on with our story. Arthur, King of the Britons, was given a quest by God, animated by Terry Gilliam, to seek out the Holy Grail. He and his knights head for the Holy Lands, and beseech the Byzantine Emperor for aid. The Emperor knows a good deal when he sees one. And offers to escort Arthur to the Holy Lands with his entire army. With the Knights of the Round Table taking point, they will defeat the any and all in their way.

In this case, the Rus!
