Imagine that you and your buddies are out for a wargaming weekend. Now it's morning, and your host asks: "How would you like your eggs?"

Two eggs over easy with chicken fried steak, biscuits and hashbrowns. And of course cream gravy.

I get the "Hungry Man" breakfast. 2 eggs over easy, bacon, potatoes, sausage, grilled English muffins, 2 pancakes…mmmm

Over easy, with ham whole wheat toast and hash browns with onions.

I take it this means we have resolved all questions relating to miniature warfare?

2 eggs over easy with creamed chipped beef on top and toast to sop up the left-over mess at the end.

Scrambled, please. With ham, cheese and green onions chopped up and mixed in. Tomatoes, too, if you're feeling up to it. Oh, and biscuits with either butter and jelly or chipped beef. (Love that stuff, but the doc says I shouldn't have it.)

I like them the traditional U.S.Navy way: hard boiled with a side of baked beans.

Pass

Omelette with ham, green peppers, onions and light bit of Swiss cheese, with a short stack side of buttermilk pancakes, creamy stone-ground grits, and hash browns.

Basically what I would order at the Pancake Pantry in Nashville, Tennessee (The Best Breakfast Place in the World, I might add.)

I'm flexible. I'll take 'em scrambled, poached, sunny side up or over easy.

Make 'em eggs benedict and I am very much there.

Huevos Rancheros smothered in Hatch green chilies salsa with additional warm tortillas on the side.

And if you really want to carb-up a serving of refried beans with melted cheese and smothered in more green salsa.

Two eggs over easy, hash browns, sausage links and toast.

Scrambled, Buttermilk biscuits, Bacon (Crisp), Red Eye Gravy or (tomato Gravy), Hot sausage links, Grits (heavily buttered).

over hard

Allergic to them, so no eggs at all.

Soft boiled with soldiers 🙂

Over medium, if you can get it right. Otherwise a cheddar omelette with white toast, please.

I don't usually eat eggs, but when I do, I prefer them scrambled with cheese and not runny at all.

Any way they come is good, but please not over cooked or dry. I prefer them runny – to each their own taste.
